Unfortunately, the new features introduced in the latest release (1.009) created some knock-on-effects that messed up the restoring of saved window positions.
Apologies for the mess-up – a new bugfix release (1.010) is now online.
This release also fixes a previously existing bug in LivePrompter that caused crashes on incorrectly formatted command tags, so an update is definitely recommended – please head to the download section and update your current installation!
