New Build 1.104 online

This is just a small update:

• enabled the d_time tag to also understand the mm:ss format, so you don’t need to convert your time positions to seconds anymore
• Fixed an error in the manual: the correct setting in LivePrompter.ini to control the speed of fast up or down scrolling via the arrow buttons is FastScrollSpeed, not ScrollSpeed.

Also, I’ve updated the diagnostics tool to play nice with newly added settings in LivePrompter.ini (everything having to do with incorporating MidiAlert in LivePrompter).
